Second Chance Boyfriend by Monica Murphy (One Week Girlfrriend Quartet #2)

17316075

4/5 Hearts

I really enjoyed this book. Fable and Drew were still very much the same people as the first book and I still really liked them. Though in the beginning, you'll want to slap Drew silly.

I enjoyed reading about them meeting again and how everything evolved from there on out. The book contains a few shocking twists, that actually suprised me when they happened so that was a nice suprise, since you can mostly spot them from a mile away.

Fable and drew still had lots of chemistry and you'll be looking for a fan on multiple occasions. The book is also written in dual POV and I liked both of them equally.

If you're looking for a new book series in the new adult genre, you should surely give this series a chance!

  1. This is a great little review without any spoilers, which is so cool because I have yet to read this series! I also like the fact that both books in the series alternate POV. I'll have to add both to my summer reading list :)

    1. Thank you :)

This review is a little older already (I was uploading my reviews from earlier). I tend to write longer reviews now, but they're still spoiler free. I'd hate to give the story away and ruin the experience for a fellow reader.

    1. You're welcome, I think it's a great iniative and I'm glad to be a part of it :)

You should! :) Just in case though don't forget that this is book 2 in the series :)
I'm not sure if it qualifies as a 'normal' NA book, since one of the big reasons I liked it, is becuase it's a little different then most. So if you don't like it, don't give up on the whole genre yet :)
